Description
Cradle Lily is widely cultivated as an ornamental houseplant. It has waxy lance-shaped leaves that fan out into a spectacular display of violet purple contrasted against green. It is a beautiful plant to be grown in containers as an accent plant.
Native to Southern Mexico, Cradle Lily is considerably drought tolerant and hardy plant. Exposure to bright indirect sunlight will further bring out its variegation. Place it on a countertop next to a bright window with filtered sunlight or on a window sill to create a calming lavender ambience.
